Ralph,
Clearly, you’ve been around the block and sampled much that life has to offer. Like you, I’ve found that parenting was a purposeful and fulfilling vocation (albeit very frustrating at times). This life is described by some as a ‘vale of tears.’ Your web postings indicate it has not left you crying (not from sadness, anyway). Keep Smilin’ my friend. It makes ‘em wonder what you’ve been up to… :>)
