reread the whole KLC thing….i had tears of joy all the way thru it…such memories……i am so sad to read of each passing of the “grand old crowd”.
I lost wife Marcia last December, 2010. The lonliness is the same kind like when you miss old friends and know the likeliness of seeing them again is minimal. What a joy a reunion would be. So, you can imagine how sad it was to miss the gathering at Judy Race Fruchter’s home this summer.
I simply forgot to go….being alone, there was no one to remind me…
and i guess old age contributed some foretfulness to boot. Maybe it will happen one more time somewhere….
