This is the earliest date in history that pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training. Bloggas, too, are reporting. At least this one, pictured bellow in the L&PO’s Red Sox cap, in honor of Jon Lester, baseball’s “feel good” story of 2007 and a 2008 Sea Otter.
I’m reporting that, the Congressional Hearings [featuring Roger Clemens, the new “poster boy” for white trash] went strictly along party lines, and that 73% of “we the people” believe Clemens to be a liar, if not a perjurer [and there is a difference].
What you get from this blogga is what the late, great [at what he did] Jack Webb always wanted. “Just the facts, ‘mam.”
Aside, I wonder if Representative Henry Waxman, a decidedly little fellow, may be well served to mix in a tad of HGH, himself. That isn’t a diagnosis. I’m no doctah, but neither is the pud that Roger let shoot up his wife.
Add brains to the list of what money can’t buy.
Conclusion: Our game will survive long after the culprits in all of this are dead and buried.
